Unfortunately, reimbursement is being continually cut. So you have increased costs and decreased reimbursement - not a winning combination. Med Onc is variable cost. Rad Onc salaries, as of yet, are not falling. Starting wages are ~350k and rise steadily to ~550k overtime, perhaps 100k or so less in academics/popular locals. SDN is full of hyperbole.
